I really like how containerized services are cleaning up their act and basically telling you, "gimme a volume for your data, which you should back up, and a volume for my data, which you don't have to care about as much". Also "give me these ports", etc.

It's plugging that to the outside that is still very manual. Want to make $service visible in a civilized fashion? Get thee some DNS and a virtual host in nginx or whatever. Mind that certificate.
