そういえば GitLab Inc. の handbook-first 文化は 90 日以上昔の Slack のログ全消しとからしくてすごいなと思ったけど、それは開発者以外の社員もみんな Git 使えたり Single Source of Truth が文化として根付いてたりがあってのことで、どこの会社でもできるわけではなさそうとも思った
