signedness変えただけならstrict aliasing rulesには合致しているのでそれらを渡す関数の引数がrestrict型修飾されていない限り合法な気がする（restrict型修飾されていないのにそういう過程をしているコードでも壊れるけど、規格上の問題ではない）
