3台のインスタンスの負荷状況を見て、Sidekiqの割り振りを最適化してあげたら随分良さそうな希ガス　その場合Redisって各鯖が自分の抱えちゃって大丈夫なのかな

一瞬20くらい待機に積まれるけど、すぐ消えるね

前は待機にある程度積まれるけど5秒くらいで消化できるって感じだったが、Sidekiqくんのスレッド増強したら実行中にボンと積まれてなんとかなる感じになった

まぁ待機中に詰まることがなくなったので、これでいいんだろう
