たぶん Alpine Linux だと初期に BusyBox しか入ってないとか自分の Windows 環境の PATH の設定のしかたとか色々な要素があってこうなっただけなので，普通は WSL2 で Ubuntu とか起動したところで /usr/bin/sudo が優先されないなんてことはないと思う
